This year's birthday is a little extra special in my comedy world!  I finished up my 2015 comedy schedule with three shows this week, and they were a blast.  We started out with a No Pants Players improv show at West Virginia State University on Tuesday night.  It was a small crowd, but it was a fun night.  Then, on Friday night, at Fireside Bar and Lounge, I hosted an all-ladies lineup...and they killed.  Then, Saturday night was the icing on the cake.  The No Pants Players had their annual Joytacular.  We collected about $1,500 worth of toys for toys for tots and had a hilarious show to boot.

This year was a ton of fun.  I started my first ever comedy tour, the Tallboys Comedy Tour.  Jacob Hall and Andy Frampton were a blast to work with, and hopefully we learned enough from this year to make 2016 an even bigger and better year!  We started as a comedy show at Fireside and now have a few performances under our belts with the goal of doing a show in each county in West Virginia over the next year or three.  If we haven't been to your county yet, give us a call and set it up!

I set up and hosted Charleston's first (that I know of) standup comedy contest.  We had great turnouts and great comedians show up.  Robbie Sherrard won the event by a slim margin, beating out the hilarious line-up of himself, Andy Frampton, Ian Nolte, and Angie Davis.  I am setting up a bigger contest for this year.  I can't wait for it!

The No Pants Players had a really fun 14th season.  We did benefit shows for Toys for Tots, the Michael J. Fox Foundation, James Monroe High School JROTC program, and several others.  We did a private party for several groups, including the Wives Behind the Badge organization.  They were a ton of fun to perform for and we look forward to working with them again in 2016.  So here's to Adam, Stu, Kevin, Hatcher, Jenna, Mandy, Baxter, Ryan, Tony, Jeff, and even that one college kid who did like 3 shows with us (Ethan).

Anyways, 2015 was definitely my best year of comedy and here's to hoping 2016 turns out even better.  Shout out to all the fans and friends and family who came out and supported comedy this year!  Wouldn't be able to do this without you.
