I started the Keto diet today. For those of you not aware of what it is, click here to check out a great summary about it. For those of you who didn't click, it's essentially an extremely low carb diet who makes your body produce energy from fat. That's not the entire story, but that's the quickest I can sum it up.

Today actually wasn't too bad, because as I have posted, I've already been dieting and doing cardio 5 days a week, so I'm in a bit of a grove, and because this diet is so different than what I was doing, have taco lettuce wraps for dinner wasn't too bad.

My biggest concern is definitely what is known as the keto flu. Essentially, I'm going to be grumpy for the next week or two. Now, because betting is now legal, I'm putting the over/under on how long I last at 4.25 weeks.

This is me stepping it up and trying to do something a little more intense so I can lose plenty of weight before the December 10th deadline for Healthy Wage. I need to lose about 32 more pounds, so I'm a touch behind the pace I need to be on, but still in ok shape to win!
